Meredith Paul, M.S., CCC-SLP
Meredith is licensed by the NC Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists and has her Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
Meredith graduated with honors from University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) with an undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She received her Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from Appalachian State University.
Meredith has worked in a variety of settings including: schools, private practices, university clinics, hospitals, and virtual practice. Meredith’s therapeutic skill set includes knowledge of working with early intervention, pediatrics, teens, and young adults with Developmental Delays, Feeding/Oral Motor Disorders, Dysphagia, Down Syndrome, Autism, Language-Based Literacy Disorders, Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS), Receptive and Expressive Language Disorders, Lisps, Tongue Thrusts, and Articulation/Phonological Disorders. She has received specialized training in pediatric feeding and swallowing assessment/intervention, basic sign language, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), Language Acquisition through Motor Planning (LAMP), UNITY Words for Life Language System, Pragmatic Organization Dynamic Display (PODD). Meredith is further trained as a Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) Level 2 provider, an AmpCare-Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation provider, and as a LSVT LOUD certified provider which allows her to work with adults and pediatrics with dysarthria.
Meredith is a Raleigh, North Carolina native. In her spare time she takes advantage of local festivals and music events. She enjoys going to the beach, cooking, and watching football.
