Lauren Pelgrin

Speech-Language Pathologist

Lauren attended Clarion University of Pennsylvania, where she received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Speech-Language Pathology.

 

Lauren believes in the potential of each child and values the importance of collaboration when providing treatment. During her career, Lauren has worked as a speech language pathologist with pediatrics within the school and private practice settings. She has worked with many children with articulation and language delays, stuttering, and hearing impairment. Additionally, she has wide experience treating children with a diagnosis of Autism, varying developmental delays and cognitive delays. Lauren is familiar with LAMP, an augmentative and alternative communication approach that helps individuals who are nonverbal or have limited verbal speech.

 

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going on hikes with her dogs, reading, and exploring new places.
