Volunteers

General Volunteer: During business hours our offices typically have 2- 8 SLPs providing 1:1 therapy with patients ranging in ages from birth-adult. Observation hours may be available. Responsibilities include material prep and development for SLP therapy activities, office organization tasks, participating in therapy sessions, taking case history information, etc.

Employer reimburses: NC SLP License, Mileage reimbursement monthly, Continuing education expenses.

Office is closed for the following holidays: Memorial day, July 4th, Labor day, 2 days for Thanksgiving, days between Christmas Eve and New Years. Plus, 4 additional float days for Juneteenth, Easter, July 4
3.
Starting employees accrue 12 days ( 96 hours) of PTO per year, can carryover some leave each year, and accrue additional 5 days after 5th and 10th year anniversaries.
4.
Business cell phone and professional liability insurance coverage provided.
5.
Bonus structure for exceptional work. Salaried Employees (SLP)-paid bi-weekly.
